Vintage Bushnell Scopes

Vintage Bushnell scopes have been developed since the company's early years in the industry.  They have been manufacturing superior quality optical products for the past 5 decades.  Even today, some of the original vintage Bushnell rifle scopes are being shipped all over the world. The Bushnell 3x9 which costs less than $30 was the first rifle scope this author has acquired. Its aimpoint consistently remained for a good 10 years and was moved only when the author went for longer range shooting.

Industry recognition for design and efficacy are constantly given to Bushnell. This was made possible by collaborating with developing optical technologies.  Other companies use technological advancements as well, like vintage Burris scopes.  But through this, Bushnell is always in the lead in the highly competent scope market.

The Bushnell Elite 4200 is their pride and joy. This type of model comes with an adjustable objective in 6x24x40. To better assist your aims in dark environments, fireflyte reticles have an ability to glow in low light settings.

Bushnell’s lingering image of high quality products producer has been extended to Elite 4200. Those who are in a tight budget, this vintage rifle scope is right for you. It features an adjustable objective which is extended in yards and meters. It gives you the choice of usage like a rangefinder which can be really beneficial when hunting.

When you are in a lookout for smaller targets in a farther distance, the 4200 has an infinity setting so you can set the objective up to 290-310 yards. Similar to other optimum rifle scopes, Elite 4200 was built in a way that the adjustments are easier to manifest sans any specific tools. The shooter can set the 6x24 in 1/8″ increments and the scale ring has the capacity to be set at zero. This scope has Multi-x reticle which gives sharp and well-lit images even under burning sunlight.

The Elite 3200 rifle scope is yet another lucrative product. It bears the most famous features of vintage Bushnell rifle scopes with an added Rainguard. It also includes repeatable adjustments and quick focus. This retails for around $190.

Vintage Leupold Scopes

One of the widely-known brands that present superior yet affordable Riflescopes is Leupold.  Vintage Leupold rifle scopes serve as an optimum product for the typical sportsman.  Leupold’s new line of scopes is currently out in the market and has already gained popularity. This line is the Leupold VX-III which took the place of the outdated Vari-XIII line.

They made some necessary alterations to revamp an already impressive product.  Since the days of the original vintage Leupold rifle scopes, some changes include the finger adjustable turrets that are more user friendly, an ocular lens with speedier focus compared to the old Leupold model and an enhanced light transmission. Aside from these amazing added features, you can also add a new Ballistic Aiming System reticle and a side-focus parallax. According to many shooters, the Ballistic Aiming System is already more than enough replacement. This characteristic permits you to adjust the windage when doing a crosswind shooting.

Like vintage Redfield scopes, The VX-III line of Leupold rifle scopes are particularly equipped and created for hunters of certain targets. Case in point, Varmint hunters will appreciate a special Leupold reticle, not available in vintage rifle scopes, that is suitable for their hunting. Proclaimed as the Varmint Hunter’s reticle, this is superb in search for animals that are smaller. On the other hand, the Boone and Crockett reticle is ideal for larger game.

Others claim that the best feature of this new line is their manageable adjustments. It doesn’t require any special tool or coin in order to adjust the elevation and windage.

In conclusion, vintage Leupold rifle scopes offer a variety of products you can choose from depending on your personal preference and needs. Be it small or large games, you can be sure to find the perfect model with the highest quality.
